Our young company (LLC established in 2006) is a merger of longtime, proven talents from South Carolina (since 1988) and the Netherlands (since 1971): financially sound, stable staff, creative craftsmanship. Crown Home Builders, LLC, of Summerville builds custom homes in all price ranges. New products include Crown Cabins, as well as European style state-of-the-art Crown Wine Storages filled with very exclusive Winthrop Wines.

Crown is licensed and bonded for residential and commercial building.

Established in 2007, Crown Homes West Indies Inc. builds high end villas and condos (Antigua), as well as affordable houses.

In 2008 Crown Homes Antilles Inc. will be active in other parts of the Caribbean. Crown Homes West Indies and Crown Homes Antilles employ hand picked local workers, trained and supervised by our US and European building specialists. Since we ship 80% ready to go SIP panels from Charleston, we can build fast. Crown Home Builders is active both offshore - using specially prepared sea containers and proven logistics - as well as in the USA.

Thomas M. Brown

Active in the building industry since 1980, Tom earned all his specialty licenses step by step: from electricity to vinyl siding, from HardiePlank to high end decoration. You name it, Tom Brown is known for on-time delivery, and respected for perfection in craftsmanship. All projects, whatever the price tag, get his maximum personal attention. Tom loves to share his longtime professional experience on multi-million dollar mansions with first-time owners as well as experienced investors. The majority of his employees have been with him since he started his own company in 1988.

Gert Jan Eikmans

Gert Jan built his first European $26,000 house in 1971. His last house, built in the Netherlands, sold for over $2 million in 2006. Gert Jan is the former Director of Communications for the Dutch Building Science Center in Rotterdam. He served as key lecturer at several professional courses for the Dutch Home Builders Education Institute, and senior consultant of the Dutch Building Research Society. He also chaired numerous conferences on architecture and engineering in the Netherlands and Germany. Gert Jan has an eye for the perfect style for your home. Customer satisfaction is his joy.
