SIP HOMES 

SIP = Structural Insulated Panel. Our SIPs are produced by our partner GBS: Global Building Solutions in Charleston, SC. SIPs are stronger, better insulated (R value up to R55 for extremely cold regions), quicker to install, and greener than conventional building methods.

Crown SIP-Homes (see: www.globalbuilding.net) are energy rated (saving at least 50% on energy bills), environmentally friendly, termite, humidity, hurricane and earthquake resistant.

Crown uses the unique DDS (Double Dutch Strength™) SIPs in the Caribbean, as well as for oceanfront buildings in the USA. DDS SIPs include steel studs every 2 ft, steel U-beams bolted in concrete slab, extra hurricane strapping, hurricane windows/shutters. All SIPs can be finished in many styles and color.
